P ZERO™ Race 4S is the sucessor of the famous P ZERO™ Velo 4S: a further evolution of Pirelli's best-selling all-season tire. Tread

The tread pattern of P ZERO Race is an evolution of the design of P ZERO Velo: several seasons of research and developement on the roads of the World Tour led to a new design that enhances the behaviour of the bicycle in every weather condition.

Compound

So far the most advanced racing chemical formulation for road use, it was born from the Motorsport experience of Pirelli and the collaboration with the factory World Tour teams. The new SmartEVO Compound features a single-compound formulation based on three different polymers, each of which provides opposite performances in a perfec blend. The advanced mixture of polymers with 'smart' behaviors are the key elements of the SmartEVO Compound, providing better grip and rolling resistance in any weather condition. The SmartEVO Compound is an high-performance chemical formulation developed for modern road cycling, from everyday training to World Tour racing.

Structures

The TechBELT ROAD is a road-specific 120 TPI casing that features an added layer of nylon fabric under the tread making it a solid choice for any kind of road use, including racing, training and commuting
